About the event
Come enjoy a 1/2 day retreat for your personal growth, reconnection,
energy awareness, and a unique Labyrinth experience.
The focus for this retreat is 7 of our energy centers, or "Chakras." We'll gather and have workshop time to learn a brief Labyrinth in history and how we can apply it in our own prayerful and meditative practice today. We’ll creatively explore through art and the Labyrinth, a gentle and profound method for clearing and re-energizing each energy center. We'll also share lunch and walk a magnificent outdoor Labyrinth with a view of the Front Range!
Morning tea, lunch, journal, gift bag, and all workshop materials are included.
Labyrinths are not mazes. They are paths that can be used as a meditation and prayer focusing tool, and as an allegorical “pilgrimage” to your center.
